Pacific Air Taxi Cirrus SR22 flights are subject to availability. Flights are scheduled on a first come, first served basis; this could mean that you may not be able to return from your destination at your most desired time. Pacific Air Taxi recommends that you ask for the airplane to stand by or wait for you at a rate of $100 per hour if you feel that your return time is especially important to you. Your purchased time is deducted from your account for occupied hours only within the current Pacific Air Taxi service area. This includes taxi time and is recorded by an onboard "Hobbs" meter from engine startup to engine shutdown. All flights are subject to FAA weight restrictions for the aircraft, which may limit the number of passengers and/or luggage which may be taken on board. Block time contracts are not transferable. Designated person is to use all block time or may designate another person within the same family or company to redeem the purchased time. Any usage over the block time amount purchase will be charged to the credit card on file under the retail rate unless other arrangements have been made. No other discount programs apply. Pacific Air Taxi will work with you around any weather-associated delays. Pacific Air Taxi reserves the right to terminate program and/or change program rules at any time, without notice. Ten (10), Twenty (20) and Fifty (50) hour Block time package usage is valid for one year from date of purchase. Five (5) hour Block time package usage is valid for six months from date of purchase. Additional airport landing and ramp fees may be charged for flights into airports which charge such fees. Flights outside the designated service area are subject to additional fees such as $100 per hour standby time and charges to return the aircraft back to the service area. Fuel surcharges may be applied during the duration of this contract. Packages are non-refundable. REVISION: 09/09/2009
