Pacific Air Taxi maintains the highest safety standards in all aspects of our operations. We only purchase brand new aircraft directly from the manufacturer with advanced cockpit avionics that display real-time traffic and weather information.

Our pilotsOur Pilots

Our pilots are professional, commercial-rated pilots who receive recurrent training twice a year. Also, all of our aircraft are subjected to a strict, proactive maintenance program that is designed to keep our fleet operating safely on every flight.

The Aircraft

CAPS CAPS – Cirrus Airframe Parachute System When activated, the life-saving CAPS™ system launches a 55-foot diameter parachute that lowers the airplane to the ground while suspended securely beneath the parachute. The security and peace-of-mind provided by CAPS™ is unequalled, and it comes standard with all Cirrus aircraft as part of our role as the industry’s safety leader.

Inside the aircraft

Airbags - No longer a life-saving device available only to automobiles, AmSafe Aviation™ airbag seatbelt restraints are now part of the new SAFETY COMES STANDARD installation program at CIRRUS. AmSafe™ is the industry leader in providing reliable airbag seatbelt technology and CIRRUS includes the airbags to help ensure greater protection for the pilot and front-seat passenger in the event of an incident.

Maintenance & Environment

Inside the hangarPacific Air Taxi aircraft are maintained to the highest standards. Pacific Air Taxi's maintenance program exceeds the provisions for FAR135.

Pacific Air Taxi acknowledges that aviation has an environmental impact and as a consequence is seeking the appropriate means to minimize the effect.

The routes that Pacific Air Taxi flies are direct – point-to-point. This ensures that less fuel is used per trip than your typical commercial flight. Pacific Air Taxi planes do not spend long periods with their engines idling while taxiing and typically do not wait in holding patterns to land. As a result, Pacific Air Taxi flights are more efficient and reduce their environmental impact.
